As the heart behind Betacon Marine Construction, Christina brings a deep commitment to quality, family values, and smart business practices. A lifelong Floridian with a passion for the water, she founded the marine division of Betacon to expand the family’s legacy into waterfront construction.

With a background in accounting and a sharp eye for detail, Christina keeps both the numbers and the projects on point. Her hands-on leadership, financial savvy, and dedication to doing things the right way have earned the trust of clients across the Gulf Coast. Whether it’s a new dock, seawall, or boat lift installation, Christina ensures every project reflects the integrity and craftsmanship that Betacon stands for.

With over 30 years of experience in both site and marine construction, Jose brings unmatched knowledge and precision to the estimating side of the business. From complex seawall repairs to full-scale dock builds, he knows how to break down a project and build it back up with accurate, competitive pricing and smart planning.

His decades in the field mean he’s seen it all — and that insight helps clients understand exactly what to expect, from scope to schedule. Jose’s attention to detail, deep industry expertise, and commitment to fairness make him a trusted resource for both the Betacon team and the customers we serve.

Amber brings passion, precision, and a deep love for the ocean to her role as Project Manager at Betacon Marine. With a college degree in Mariculture and a lifelong connection to Florida’s coastal waters, she combines scientific knowledge with hands-on experience to ensure every project is done right — and with care for the marine environment.

Amber oversees planning, permitting, and customer communication, keeping things organized and clients in the loop every step of the way. Her dedication to quality, sustainability, and strong relationships makes her a driving force behind Betacon’s commitment to excellence on the water.

Ryan keeps the wheels turning and the tides moving at Betacon Marine. As Project Manager, he oversees day-to-day field operations with a focus on efficiency, safety, and top-tier execution. A Navy veteran with a strong background in electrical, logistics and project coordination, Ryan brings discipline, problem-solving, and a can-do attitude to every job site.

Whether he’s managing crews, scheduling equipment, or ensuring every detail is dialed in, Ryan is the go-to guy for keeping projects on track and clients happy. His leadership and dedication are a key part of what makes Betacon Marine run like a well-oiled machine.

With over two decades of combined experience in construction and insurance, Richard brings a unique and valuable perspective to the Betacon Marine team. A retired Army medic who proudly served in Iraq, Richard approaches every project with discipline, precision, and integrity.

After 17 years as a licensed insurance adjuster, he transitioned into construction full-time, where he’s spent the past 5+ years as a trusted estimator. His deep understanding of both damage assessment and construction solutions makes him a key asset in delivering accurate, fair, and detailed project proposals.

Born and raised in South Florida, Richard is an avid boater who knows firsthand the value of quality marine construction. When he’s not estimating jobs or out on the water, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters.
